The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the mains examination result for the Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post under CRP RRBs XIV. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment examination can now check their result status with provisional allotment details on the official IBPS website.
To view your results, you will need to log in using your registration number or roll number along with your date of birth or password.
Provisional Allotment Process
According to IBPS, the provisional allotment for Office Assistants has been carried out based on the actual category-wise vacancies reported by participating Regional Rural Banks and the merit position of the candidates.
- The process strictly follows the reservation norms and recruitment guidelines issued by the Government of India.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories who secured marks qualifying them under the general category have been treated as general category candidates for allotment purposes.
- In cases where two or more candidates obtained identical scores, the merit order was determined according to their date of birth, with older candidates placed higher on the merit list.
Important Notice on Appointment Procedures
Please Note: Provisional allotment does not constitute a final offer of employment. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by their allotted Regional Rural Bank and successfully undergo identity verification during the joining process.
The respective Regional Rural Banks will issue the final appointment offers, conduct document verification, and complete the joining formalities. IBPS has clarified that it will not be responsible if an appointment letter is canceled due to missing documents, a mismatch in biometric thumb impressions, Aadhaar details, or photographs. Additionally, proficiency in the local language of the concerned state will be verified at the time of joining.
Reserve List Details
A reserve list has been prepared for each category up to the extent of vacancies, subject to the availability of candidates. If regional banks report additional vacancies during the validity period, provisional allotments from the reserve list may be conducted three to four times within one year from the allotment date.
A list of provisionally allotted candidates will be published on the official IBPS website in registration number order on or before April 15, 2026. Candidates who are neither provisionally allotted nor included in the reserve list will not be considered for further stages under CRP RRBs XIV.
